Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if this product has a major failure, is not of acceptable quality, or is not as described.

 

Due to hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

 

We do quality check on all batches and products going out but if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs at:

If you experience an adverse skin reaction, discontinue use and contact us promptly so we can assess your concern.
